Dan knows the neighborhoods and their amenities as he has lived in Seattle nearly all his life. He has seen the City (and surrounding areas) change and grow. Real Estate Experience 1977 to Present

Thirty years of full time real estate experience in the Seattle area. Obtained State Brokers License in 1979 and has had 5 years of Branch Manager experience. Enjoys representing Buyers or Sellers and is a strong negotiator. Has had over 1000 personal transactions closed. Seattle Magazine "Best In Client Satisfaction/ Real Estate Agent" 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 (determined as a result of nominations submitted by his clients and service providers: and he thanks them all).

Education & Other Interests

Graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Has instructed numerous Real Estate Training Classes and continuously attends seminars and educational retreats to increase his level of professionalism. Two years professional baseball (affiliated with Boston Red Sox), attempts to play golf occaisionally.
